Early Spring Application (Early-March to Mid-April)
Includes a complete fertilizer with micro nutrients and humates, broadleaf weed-killer, and a pre-emergent (for crabgrass, spurge, and other summer annual weeds).

Late Spring Application (Mid-April to end of May)
Includes a complete fertilizer with micro nutrients and humates to maintain color and broadleaf weed-killer to out any remaining weeds.

Early Summer Application (First of June to Mid-July)
Includes a complete fertilizer with micro nutrients and humates to maintain color and broadleaf weed-killer to out any remaining weeds.

Late Summer Application (Mid-July to end of August)
A slow-release fertilizer is used to maintain color without potential burning with high temperatures. This application may be liquid or it may be pellets. Weeds are individually spot-sprayed. Insecticide may be applied if large populations of insects are found.

Early Fall Application (First of Sept. to first of Oct.)
Includes a complete fertilizer with micro nutrients and humates to help repair any damage from summer heat stress and broadleaf weed-killer to finish off the weeds.

Winterizer Application (Mid-Oct. to late Nov.)
A fertilizer to help promote root growth and increase turf strength in preventing winter diseases. This helps prepare for early spring green up of lawn.

Aeration
Spring or fall. Small plugs are removed to allow air, water, and nutrients enter the root zone. Also helps in reducing the thatch layer.

Disease Control
Depending on the disease, different controls are used. Our technicians most often recommend adjusting cultural practices, however if fungicides are necessary, they will create a spray schedule according to the disease. Common diseases found in our area are Necrotic Ringspot, Leafspot, and Fairy Ring. Price according to control

Recommended for lawns with a history of severe grub or billbug damage and homeowners with low tolerance of these insects damage.
